Job Description: Professional Typist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable professional typist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for typing various documents and material, including reports, correspondence, and policies, with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe documents from dictated tapes, handwritten drafts, or notes.
2. Review completed work for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format.
3. Perform data entry tasks, such as updating records or creating documents from data.
4. Maintain confidentiality and security of all company-related information.
5. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
6. Proofread and edit typed documents for accuracy.
7. Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy on a daily basis.
8. Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Arabic Typist.
3. Fast typing skills; using a touch typing system is a strong advantage.
4. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
5. Familiarity with office equipment.
6. Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
8. Confidentiality and integrity.
9. Good time-management and organizational skills.
